Hi, my name is Steve, I'd like to share my experience with the Earth Resource Corporation, They were doing a small paving job close to my house, So I went and asked the superintendent if I was able to fly my drone over them and get footage to create a video for my YouTube channel, He said, yeah, that was no problem, he then asked me to come back the next day The next day and I was film them paving, at this point i was flying for 2 and a half hours, and I landed my drone on my landing pad right next to the tire of my Dodge Durango, and a 14 Wheeler dump truck, bringing in asphalt tried to squeeze in between me and the truck next to me, and completely flattened my very expensive drone, i told John, the superintendent from the Earth Resource Corporation, and he said that they would try to help me get it taken care of, now I want to be clear, It was not them that ran my drone over, It was a subcontractor, The Earth Resource Corporation, human resource lady, got ahold of the company and within an hour, the trucking company that was very nice about the whole thing, said they ordered the new drone, should be here in a week or so, I really wanted to leave a review because this had absolutely nothing to do with the Earth Resource Corporation, yet they went out of their way, way out of their way, to help me and got my situation resolved, I cannot thank them enough, If they were willing to do that and go out of their way for me, then they are definitely gonna be a company that cares about quality and their customers, my story really shows that not only are they trustworthy people, that they are just really good people all around, and would definitely recommend using the Earth Resource Corporation for any job.

Earth Resources Corporation did a great job handling a demolition cleanup at my remote property in the Bradshaw Mtns, even while working through some very adverse weather conditions. Their team stayed efficient and focused on getting the job handled despite the challenges. Ryan, my main point of contact, was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Any time I needed an update, he got back to me quickly and kept everything moving smoothly. What really stood out was the company’s leadership. Whenever a problem came up—as they sometimes do on projects like this—they responded immediately and made sure it was resolved without delay. That level of accountability is rare and very much appreciated. If you need a contracting company that communicates well, responds quickly, and delivers quality work even under tough conditions, ERC is an excellent choice.

One of your employees comes to Paulden every day to pickup/drop off, I'm assuming, another employee. For years I have watched the driver run every stop sign, speed through the residential area, tailgate and drive aggressively. They have tailgated me multiple times on hwy 89 when I was driving faster than the posted speed limit, and passing in No Passing zones! I have seen this driver pulled over by DPS twice, and it doesn't appear that they have learned their lesson yet. This is very bad advertising for your business.

Review from Doug Collup Earth Resources Corporation recently rejuvenated a dirt road on Poland Road. The work performed was excellent: a heavy backhoe worked cleaning out the dirt and rock that had filled the bar pit ditches. The leveling of the road with a bedrock hump in the center was skillfully completed; putting 6-9" rocks in the center and tamping the rocks into the dirt making a very solid base with the backhoe. The slope of the road toward the installed culverts is excellent for snow and rain run off. The operation of all the pieces of machinery was performed in an excellent manner because I had the privilege of watching the building of the new Waddell Dam. The working road crew ( John Jordan, Chris Hellin, and Bill Preston) were polite and informative at all times. A most excellent job well done! We highly recommend Earth Resources Corporation.

I wasn’t going to write a review, but after looking at the roadwork done in my neighborhood by a credible company, I felt I should do this as Public service. I have a long driveway that is shared with my two neighbors and it needed repair. After getting bids, we decided to use ERC. They started the job on time and it looked like they were going to do a good job but they didn’t. They didn’t fix the sections of the driveway that were crumbling on the side, and they never properly filled in the larger cracks before bringing in the chip seal. When I asked to speak to the supervisor who came out to look at the job, he said there was no way to fix the cracks without cutting out whole sections of the driveway, which is complete nonsense because a reputable company has fixed the cracks in the chip seal of the road in front of my house and it’s beautiful. I should not have paid the second half of the bill until they made the proper repairs. My bad. I do not recommend this company. Good luck, finding another company that does paving in Prescott Arizona. Update: Kenny from ERC came back out and wanted to make things right for us. He said he will schedule a crack filling crew to fill the cracks but the crack filler will stand out because the material and color will be different than the finished product. It will be about 2-3 weeks due to vacation schedules. I will update my review when the job is completed. A subcontractor of ERC came out with their crack filler equipment and filled the cracks. The owner of the company said the sheen would wear off within about two weeks, but you would obviously still see the filler which I was prepared for, not a problem . Obviously it would have been better to fill the cracks first, but I have to give ERC credit for following up and doing the right thing. They definitely went out of their way to make me happy. I will get the driveway fogged in a couple of years and that should help aesthetically. Thank you ERC.
