Eleven Eleven Property Improvement

I highly recommend Eleven Eleven Property. We decided to have our siding replaced and from the beginning, with the quote to the completion of the job, Ric and Dalton were up front, thorough, and informative with all of our discussion and communiucations. I was never caught off guard and they delivered as promised. I was looking to stay local and was not disappointed!

Had new triple pane windows installed. Everything went well. Crew was careful and clean. Windows look good.

Ric and his crew at Eleven Eleven were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they made the roof repair process stress-free and straightforward. Ric went above and beyond to help me get the work covered by my insurance, explaining every step and handling the details like a true professional. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. My roof looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. If you need roof repairs done right—and want a team that genuinely cares—Eleven Eleven is the one to call!

Is it possible to give Eleven Eleven a higher rating than 5 stars?? I wish there were because I would do it. In an effort to do some minor remodeling/repairs to my house, I was hosed over by an unnamed “handyman” who took over $2K from me and ran. I was VERY apprehensive about a new contractor, but in comes Ric and Dalton to save the day. I had previously worked with Ric during the replacement of my roof, so it was very easy to trust this team to do the repairs I’d requested. The cost was VERY reasonable, and the quality of work was amazing. We are now 4 weeks post job and I’ve had zero issues. For reference: Eleven Eleven removed one cabinet and installed a dishwasher in its place; installed a 32”Wx90”Hx24”D pantry cabinet; and replaced my 28” sink and non-functional faucet with a 33” sink and a new one. The work space was always cleaned up; communication was on point; and both Ric and Dalton are an absolute joy to work with. I will be hiring them to do more work around my house to include a front porch renovation and building a pergola in my back yard. Cannot wait!!!

We had som structural work done by another company that turned into a nightmare. Rick and his crew had to rebuild the interior of the basement wall and put in some great access points. He had to reframe the entire south wall of our basement. He also removed our fence gate so the other company could bring in equipment. He did a wonderful job rebuilding the gate which now closes easily and looks great. I’m sure I was a pest because of the experience I had with the other company. Rick was patient and concerned and did a terrific job job both with the fence and the interior wall I would be happy to call on him and his team for any future work.
