Elite Paving

Owner Scott is extremely customer driven! His follow up and attention to detail in contacting and communicating is top flight. The employees are courageous, professional, knowledgeable and all have a great attitude. Thank you Elite Paving for a job well done!

They did a great job on our large driveway. However, when we received An amail that our job was scheduled, the time and date were not included in that e mail so I had to call their office only to be told that I need to access the "customer portal " to see that. There was no link in the email to a "customer portal ". I was informed that to get to that portal, it was in the email that the estimate was sent from which was a different system that the scheduling email was sent from. A customer would not know this as that info is nowhere to be found in the scheduling email. So VERY frustrating. I understand that this is a brand new program to them and that they need to "work the bugs out" but I would probably not signed a contract for the work if I had known this ahead of time. So the guys doing the work were fantastic and our drive looks amazing but the office side of things needs improvement. I will also say that their pricing is reasonable.

I hired Elite to repair my asphalt driveway with an overlay. My house and yard looked great but the old asphalt drive really detracted from the entire scene. Weeds were growing up through cracks and prior coating jobs were flaking off. The Elite representative came out, examined the project and sent me an estimate. I accepted their bid and I am glad that I did. Their crew was very professional and polite and did everything that they said they would in making the old drive look like a new asphalt drive. They made sure that the existing drive was properly prepared before putting down the new asphalt. Seeing all of the equipment utilized and the manpower, and given the end result, their price was very fair. When they were done with the job they cleaned up the site and the only thing left behind was a beautiful driveway. I am very glad that I hired Elite Paving. Jim Bass - Normal, Illinois

Elite Paving did a great job! My wife and I are extremely happy with our new driveway! Scott and the team at Elite were a joy to work with and highly recommend them! 10/10 Edit: Just had Gene and Cody from Elite come seal the driveway for the first time! They were in and out in under 45mins. Professional and courteous. Super satisfied! They even hand scrubbed our sidewalk after the neighborhood cat tracked footprints everywhere. Thanks guys!

I just had Elite Paving seal my asphalt driveway and it looks great. In addition: they installed this great looking drive 2 years ago. Thank you Elite Paving. Bob Fender.
