Elite Upgrades

Very professional and courteous! Reasonable price as well… most importantly work was done when they said it would get done! They were easy to contact if I had any questions but I didn’t have to reach out much because they were constantly providing updates and status of the projects. I B would definitely recommend them and plan on using them for any future work around the house. Even if it’s something they may not do, I will still call just to make sure. I have had stressful contractors in the past, but this was a smooth operation and I felt at ease the entire time they worked on the multiple projects at my home. Definitely calling back in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone

Elite Upgrades delivered exceptional results on our home remodel from start to finish. They replaced the roof, repaired and replaced damaged fascia boards around the entire perimeter, addressed stucco issues with care, and applied the Cool-Life paint coating to the entire exterior-transforming our home both visually and structurally. Their team was punctual, professional, and impressively detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Communication was seamless, and the quality of workmanship truly exceeded our expectations. The project manager, Henry M., was outstanding--highly organized, proactive, and always one step ahead, ensuring every phase of the project was completed smoothly and on schedule. We highly recommend Elite Upgrades to anyone seeking a reliable, top-tier general contractor.

Elite Upgrades was a pleasure to work with. I got some insulation installed and had 2 gates replaced. Customer service was amazing. Everyone was always on-time for scheduled meetings and installation activities🥳 Ben and Steven were very helpful at helping pick out the perfect products and getting a reasonable price. Henry was amazing at working with me on all the installation. Always very pleasant and was very good about working around my schedule. He was very responsive in answering questions regarding my order. Also I was impressed and very happy that he came out and did a final inspection with me. The installers were very efficient and did a good job of cleaning up. Product quality is just as impressive as their customer service. Gates are high quality, very sturdy and nice looking. ...and will last a good 25 years. I will definitely be using Elite Upgrades for future projects.

Needed a new patio cover as the old one was breaking down and rotting. Contacted Elite Upgrades for a patio cover. The process from beginning to end was very smooth. First, Ben from Elite Upgrades came to our home to assess and consult my wife and I. We agreed to the terms because Ben was informative, professional, and the pricing was fair. Due to the weather and holiday period there were some delays but understandable. Once all the materials arrived the demo and installation process was quick. The team was efficient, friendly, kept the work area clean, and was professional. Throughout the whole process Elite Upgrades stayed in communication with me and answered all questions. I highly recommend them and would use them for future services again.

Elite came up with an option for our driveway that we had never seen or thought about. We had a basic idea and together we came up with using pebble tech which I had not seen in a driveway before. Elite was very attentive, listened to us, were responsive and responsible. It came out great and we've gotten so many positive comments about our driveway! We also did a portion of our backyard where we had rocks and pavers and now it looks better and is easier to roll the BBQ grill out onto it. We are so happy! The pebble tech came in different colors so we were able to choose what we wanted for each. We were so happy with Elite. Even after the job was done they came back to check and make sure we were happy with everything. Such a pleasure to work with them!
