Erickson Asphalt & Concrete

I am so pleased with the work that Erickson Asphalt did to replace my driveway. The prep crew - Slade and Aaron - did an excellent job! They were personable, efficient and so respectful of my property. Today, the paving was completed by Patrick’s crew, including Michael. Again, very easy to work with, respectful of my property and the city street. Michael explained the process to me and the work was completed efficiently. They seemed to take much pride in their work. The one piece that could use some improvement is the communication with the office. Having never replaced a driveway before, I didn’t know what to expect and had some difficulty getting information. But, in the end, the new driveway is beautiful and I do not hesitate to recommend Erickson Asphalt.

Outstanding effort from the bid phase to completion of the project. Great care was taken to prepare the base and the end result was very nice. While not the cheapest of 3 bids, Erickson Asphalt was by far the most professional and would definitely use them again.

Beautiful work. Good team chemistry. Good leadership. Questions answered no problem. Timing was mint with the cement truck arrival. Custom contour expertly done. They worked with my sidewalk and blended it great. Color looks better than the neighbors new driveway.

Everything was great at the beginning then I waited to park on the driveway the amount of time suggested afterthat I started see tire impressions all over the driveway so I called Erickson Asphalt and they did not respond so I called again i think it was a month later still no call back then I stopped in at there location talk with one of the people there and they were sorry for not responding but then they had a rep come out and look 1 1/2 yr later looked at it and said they would come out and try to flatten the tire marks after that was done it looks worst so now it is 3Yrs later and now that winter is done all of the tire marks hold water I am not sure what to do at this point so here I am righting this review and spending $ 16,000 to be totally dissatisfied and I took pictures of the driveway and showed them at the beginning and now . They are asking me to wait until spring so that I can pay to have a coating on the driveway to cover it up that will not fill the tire marks because they are deep.
