I've had two projects completed by Expert Asphalt. I did a shed driveway and a commercial parking lot. They were prompt, worked with my schedule with other contractors and made it happen. Quality work and reasonable price!

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere before making a decision. My experience started off positively because they were extremely quick to provide an estimate and secure the job. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not match the professionalism shown during the sales process. The crew that arrived appeared very young and inexperienced. A significant amount of time was spent standing around rather than actively working, and there seemed to be little attention to detail throughout the project. The entire job felt rushed from start to finish, with very little care taken to ensure the work was completed properly. What was most concerning was the lack of diligence and accountability. Damage was caused to surrounding property during the project, and rather than taking responsibility, it was repeatedly dismissed as being part of their "normal process." Any concerns raised were met with resistance, and getting answers or corrective action required constant follow-up and persistence. It felt like every issue became a battle. For a company that promotes itself as family-owned and customer-focused, I expected a much higher level of craftsmanship, communication, and professionalism. Instead, I was left disappointed with both the quality of the work and the way concerns were handled afterward. If you choose to hire this company, I highly recommend documenting everything. Record phone conversations where legally permitted, keep all communications in writing, take photographs before and after the project, and video record as much of the work process as possible. Thorough documentation may prove invaluable if issues arise. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would encourage potential customers to seek out a contractor with a stronger commitment to quality, attention to detail, and customer service.

I recently had my 30 year old asphalt driveway replaced by Expert Asphalt. The entire job was well coordinated and completed as promised. I would highly recommend them.

Guys showed up on time and did a great job with prep of the driveway first. Then they applied the hot tar evenly and completely without splashing it all over the retaining wall or curb at the end of the driveway. THey cleaned up and left me with a smile on my face for a job well done.

Expert Asphalt paved our steep and winding path from our house down to the lake. Most contractors wouldn’t even take on the project as it needed to be all done by hand, no machines. The end result looks amazing and improves the safety of walking the steep terrain down to our dock. Highly recommended.
