During our phone conversation, I informed FGS that I intended to share my experience and provide an honest review of my interactions with the company online. I immediately replied that I have the right to share my truthful experience and factual feedback to help other consumers make informed decisions. I explained that my intention is to present the facts accurately and fairly, not to make false or misleading statements. FGS did an amazing job replacing our old concrete walkway with beautiful exposed aggregate that matches the rest of our 1950s concrete patios. After getting quotes from nearly every asphalt provider, FGS stood out by beating all competitors on both price and time to completion, which minimized disruption to our business. Gabe was fantastic to work with, maintaining constant communication via text throughout the entire process. He came by a week beforehand to post signage, completed the entire 4,000 sq ft asphalt tear-out and replacement in a single day, and even returned to open the lot without being asked.
