Fihaki Landscape & Concrete LLC.

Honestly a perfect driveway. The house sits lower than the street so water inevitably flows towards the house. Had a huge flash flood today and I watched in awe as the water flowed (fast) down the driveway toward the garage and right before it got there it dumped off safely to the side where we’re supposed to put large amounts of rain. Not a single drop of water got to the garage or the house. You couldn’t grade this better if you tried! And it’s 80 feet long! The line going down the center is perfectly straight and the crew suggested to me that we run PVC under the driveway (two of them) for electrical and irrigation to get over the driveway. Their pricing was better than I could find anywhere and their attention to detail was very admirable. I won’t even consider a different crew going forward. They fixed and leveled my stairs and connected into an existing sidewalk as well. Use them for your project, you’ll be thrilled you did

I can’t say enough good things about Sifa and his team. We had such a great experience and have already recommended Fihaki to everyone we know 😂 Sifa put in a large concrete patio, a gravel firepit area, grading for our entire (very large) yard, a concrete paver pathway, sod, and a full gravel perimeter. Everything turned out better than I expected. From the beginning, he was super easy to work with. Communication was clear and consistent, and the whole process felt straightforward and low stress. He even managed to fit us in when we expanded the scope, which we really appreciated! The quality of the work is excellent. The concrete looks super clean and professional, the grading was done really well for drainage, and the paver path is perfectly straight and solid. The firepit and gravel area also came together really nicely and feel really intentional and well done. I especially appreciated all the compactor work to make sure the base was properly set for the gravel. Sifa didn’t rush anything, made sure everything was done right, and clearly takes pride in the finish work. The timeline was also spot on, which was huge. Overall just a really smooth experience with great results—and we’re so excited to actually enjoy our backyard now!

We were very pleased with the work on our patio by Sifa and his team. Good communication, always on time and reasonably priced. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Sifa and his crew were amazing. They are hard working and honest. Very well priced and fair with everything. They went above and beyond what we could of imagined. There were alot of set backs with my yard that Sifa and his crew had to face and they dealt with them very well and kept us in the loop every time of what was going on and what they were doing. Sifa's crew was very friendly and always greated my wife or me when we were around. Upon completion of the project they made sure that everything was 100% taken care of before they left. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of work done. (I did tear out my own deck, left sifa and his crew the rest to deal with.)

Sifa and his crew at Fihaki Landscape have my highest recommendation possible. They have completely transformed my backyard, and I can hardly believe the finished job. The pictures speak for themselves. They installed a retaining wall, sprinklers, sod, concrete with pathways, garden beds with drip line access, gravel around my shed and top soil throughout. All at a very fair price. The best part of Sifa and his crew is the attention to detail. There were a few unforseen road blocks during the job, all of which I'm certain other contractors would've ignored or simply not noticed. Some of the problems he ran into could have been disastrous down the road, but because Sifa noticed and handled them with care, those potential future problems were completely erased. He takes no shortcuts in his work, and it shows. He's also very transparent and honest with each step of the process, and an all around friendly guy, which goes a long way for me. (One of the roadblocks was our old, galvanized water main to be used for tapping into the sprinkler system. The pipe was bloated, rusted and not in any condition to be worked on. Instead of ignoring this in order to get the job done quicker, Sifa stopped as soon as he felt uncertain and was fine with waiting for the line to be replaced. He truly treated our home like it was his own). I could go on and on about why Sifa and his crew at Fihaki Landscape are fantastic. He's the only contractor and landscaper I'll ever use in the future. Thanks again, Sifa!
