Five Star Maintenance & Construction

Were paid 18k in April to do roof, wrap windows and more. So far have done 4 windows that look worse than before and attempted to straighten coil on a ac unit causing extreme damage. Sorry excuses every time we call and refuse to respond to calls, texts and emails. Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT use this company. We now have leaks in the ceilings because it’s been over two months and they haven’t even started the roof……

Paid these guys months ago to start a roof in tiffin, after many failed communications they finally appeared. They did a small percentage of work inadequately, then when asked about the time to completion became rude and short with the elderly woman who lives there. At this juncture a refund was requested for services unrendered. All subsequent communications after refund request have gone unanswered. Do not recommend, go anywhere else.

The Children's Museum of Findlay used Five Star Construction and Maintenance for safety updates and renovations of our new location. They went above and beyond to provide requested services, communicate clearly, and finish the project on time. I look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you Charlie, Tim, Dave, and all of the Five Star Crew!

Excellent service! I had some damaged shingles on my roof that were causing leaks during rain, and Five Star Maintenance & Construction fixed everything in just one day. The team was professional, efficient, and even left my yard spotless after finishing the job. Highly recommended

Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond! I can't thank the 5 Star Maintenance crew enough for the incredible job they did on my new home. From start to finish, their dedication, professionalism, and hard work truly stood out. The team put in long hours and handled everything with such care and attention it’s clear they take great pride in what they do. What meant the most was how they supported me throughout the entire process, listening to my ideas and helping turn my vision into reality. They weren’t just contractors they felt like partners in making this house a home for my family. To the entire team: keep doing what you’re doing. You all were amazing, and I’m beyond grateful for everything you've done. Highly recommend!
