Flawless Masonry

I’m a consistent Google reviewer and I like to be authentic and honest in my posts. I’m a firm believer that I’m always able to help somebody with my Google reviews. Flawless was seamless from start to finish. My husband and I are very particular and we have OCD tendencies. Obviously, like anything else when you’re getting work done at your house it is going to be a war zone. But we were reassured that everything would go back to normal if not better and anything that needed to be spruced up would be fixed. Let me tell you everything looks even better. They fixed things that they didn’t have to fix and made the entrance to my backyard so beautiful! In my pictures, you can see the beauty of the pavers and they speak for themselves. As we were getting the work done, my husband ended up widening the pavers a bit more to extend it further out from my house and I couldn’t be happier that we did that! The color is absolutely stunning and everything was placed perfectly with time and dedication. The detail and the play-by-play of what we wanted and how we wanted, it was unmatched. The crew was respectful and kind. Then the railings were placed after the fact once the pavers were done, and the railings are absolutely the finishing touch. Now we can put our pool and be confident, knowing we have a beautiful patio to go along with it! Do your research and read reviews with real people. I have recommended Flawless to my friends, and I will continue to use them in the future for any other projects we decide to do in this house or the next! If I could give one piece of advice I would tell you that at the time you might feel sticker shock, but in the end, going with quality contractors, and a quality company like Flawless is truly unmatched. You’re going into it thinking it’s a lot, but in the end, you can’t put a price on how beautiful the end result is. It is worth it and I 100% back them up that they do beautiful work. Jared was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! H

Flawless by name—and truly flawless by work. Dave and his crew completely transformed our backyard and turned our vision into a reality. From start to finish, they went above and beyond—working tirelessly, paying attention to every detail, and handling every curve or challenge without hesitation. Any issue that came up was quickly addressed and fixed the right way, which gave us total confidence throughout the project. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about their work and their customers. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and results we received- honestly worth a million bucks. Highly recommend Flawless and Dave’s crew to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space!

Had a wonderful experience getting pavers put in my backyard with Flawless Masonry. The price was exactly what they told me and they completed the project on time. They were very professional throughout and their crew was top notch. Will definitely be using them in the future for any projects I have. Highly recommended.

I recently hired Flawless Masonry for a full driveway replacement along with a new paver walkway, curbing, retaining wall, stoop, and steps. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the finished work. My first phone call with Dave set the tone as he was extremely responsive, easy to talk to, and not high‑pressure in any way. Shortly after, he came to my home for a site visit where we walked through the project together. He offered helpful suggestions and clearly understood what I was looking to achieve. Dave then provided a clear and reasonable quote with the assurance that it would be completed in two weeks or less, which it was. Before construction began, Dave invited my wife and me to their showroom. We were able to see various paver and wall block options, including partially assembled sections. This gave us confidence in our material selections and helped finalize our design decisions. Throughout construction, Dave stayed highly engaged. He visited the site regularly and was available pretty much anytime to answer my questions or discuss minor changes to the project. The crew chief, and his construction team do quality work. Dave and his team collaborated closely with me on important design elements, especially the retaining wall and pier heights, as well as the curvature of the walkway between the driveway and stoop. I really appreciated how they listened, offered thoughtful input, and made adjustments to ensure the final result matched exactly what I envisioned. I highly recommend Flawless Masonry for this type of work. They are responsive, reliable, collaborative, and their craftsmanship is excellent.

This is our second time using Flawless Masonry. Our new home project featured a front walkway, a rear retaining wall, patio pavers, a BBQ area, plumbing work, exterior lighting, and other features. As usual, the crew's competence was evident in all aspects of the job. The completed installation has completely transformed our patio space and looks stunning. They arrived on time every day and were very respectful of our property. They were organized, efficient, and worked extremely hard. They also ensured that the job site remained clean and tidy throughout the process. Devin was responsive and communicated effectively throughout the project. He was fully involved and regularly checked in to ensure that the work matched our standards. Any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly and professionally. Most importantly, the initial estimate was detailed and accurate, with no additional fees or surprises. We appreciated his honesty and felt his pricing to be commensurate with the level of service delivered. Overall, our family, friends, and neighbors have all expressed their admiration for the beautiful results. We would not think twice about recommending Flawless Masonry to anyone in need of exceptional masonry work. Devin is the person to contact if you want flawless results, dependability, and quality.
