Florida Sealcoating LLC

It was a great experience working with Florida Sealcoating on two of our properties. The team did an excellent job with patching, sealing, and striping, and the results speak for themselves. They were easy to work with, professional, and detail‑oriented throughout the process. We’re very happy with the outcomes and already talking about the next project!

We will work with Florida Sealcoating again. They were completely professional and did an amazing job.

Unprofessional small company. You would think they would have more accomplished in the time that they have been established, but they don’t because the owner is all over the place, cheap, and doesn’t know how to treat people. This company missed multiple patches in my parking lot, Cracked multiple curbs in my parking lot within the process of paving, and cut areas next to my islands/sidewalk with a concrete saw and never filled them in. Go with one of the bigger guys and save yourself the headache.

Exceptional Asphalt work and fast for my mutifamily building. I will Absolutely use Florida Sealcoating again

Florida seal coating is a 5 star company everything they explained to me about the job was followed and the communication was excellent and the team they sent to do the job A plus. i will use them again for sure.
