I recently had an unpleasant encounter with a foreman from your company who approached me in my neighborhood and demanded that I move my car or it would be towed. His tone was aggressive and disrespectful, and he failed to provide any valid reason for the request. I informed him that this is a Homeowners Association (HOA) neighborhood and we have not received any official notice regarding the need to move vehicles. Despite this, he insisted that I move my car or it would be towed and impounded. I responded by stating that if he touched my vehicle, I would take legal action against him and your company. In response to this incident, I called the police who arrived and apologized for the behavior of your employee. I also attempted to contact the owner of your company to report the unprofessional conduct of his employee, but my call was not returned. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against using your company for any paving services. Your employees lack professionalism and engage in false statements and aggressive behavior. The overall quality of work being performed is also concerning. I recommend seeking alternative options for your paving needs.

I haul asphalt for these people and they are great folks. Everyone from Mrs. Mary and Mrs. Julie in the front office to the Head guys Brock, Robert and Clint, they have all treated me like I matter there, even though I don't work directly for them, theyve always been fair with me. Also there's Brandon, He dispatches the trucks daily. He's the one you don't want to tick off or you'll end up working in West Memphis somewhere (lol). Seriously though, They're a Awesome Folks so if you have Any asphalt needs give them a call.

These people really need to screen their drivers better. I have seen these trucks driving crazy and sloshing water around the city. But this particular truck was trying to do a 3 point turn where he didn’t have room or the right of way. My car was tboned in the process of his maniacal driving, in the middle of an intersection in front of Averitt Express on 155 and 24. And the driver tried to hit and run after my car almost flipping over to the other side of traffic. This car is my only means of transportation, now I cannot open the passenger side doors. None of them. Then on top of that my husband had injuries from the accident, which happened just trying to go to work. So he has to take time off work due this persons crazy reckless driving. Did I use this business? No. But why would I, they drive like homicidal maniacs. And of course there was hardly any damage to their truck. And the HR woman had no idea the details of the accident, but was filing a claim to their insurance when I happened to call.

There is a 3 man crew here at Fernvale Springs doing prep site work for paving and they are doing a great job and staying on the job. I have seen them only take one 15 minute break and they are still at it. They may have stopped for lunch but it wasn't long.

One of their drivers cut me off in the rain this morning. I watched him merge lanes again without signaling. Thats pretty reckless, especially in bad weather. You should drive better considering you have your company logo on the truck.
