You get what you pay for. Majority of the other paving companies are going to be on average $3,000 more and their is a good reason for that, quality. Frank Armstrong paving was less in many ways, other than just monetary reasons. 1. We have a driveway that started cracking in the first year. Multiple cracks, doesn’t look nice anymore. Held a nice appearance for maybe six months. 2. The pitch of the grading was not done properly in my opinion. We now have water seeping into the garage. from the side of the house and in front of the garage door. Only remedy the president of the company Scotty offered, was a free seal coating this summer. All other requests for remedy have fallen on deaf ears. Buyer beware, shop the competition, reputable companies will offer a warranty. Don’t be taken on price.
