EXCELLENT! Frank and his son, also Frank, came out to provide me with an estimate for sealing both, my business and residential driveway. Frank arrived within an hour of my call to provide the estimate. He beat the competitors quote, but truly i went with Frank because he was likeable and i felt confidence in him after we talked. He explained that they do NOT dilute their product with water. After calling the competitor, i was informed that the competitor does, in fact, dilute with 30% water. I was certain at this point that i would give the job to Frank and receive a superior product quality. Both driveways are now complete, my business driveway is a very high traffic area. In the past when sealing has been done i have always seen signs of deterioration on the first day. I am now 3 weeks in and there are no significant signs of deterioration with the work Frank did! I'm extremely impressed with the efficiency, quality of work and high quality product provided by Franks Asphalt, i would recommend them to anyone.

Definitely avoid. Nick, the owner, promised we would be the envy of the neighborhood with a 4 inch thick driveway. Not even close, our neighbors laugh at the ponds of water in the driveway every time it rains, some about 2+ inches deep. The edges are not straight and because it is so thick, they crumbled. They did come out and replaced the driveway once, then later patched the edges, but it looks worse now than before. They are absolutely the worst. Every driveway that has been redone on our street around the same time looks great. We are now looking for a new contractor to fix this mess.
