Frontier Paving Inc

We hired Frontier Paving for an asphalt millings project at our property in Gypsum, CO, and were disappointed with the overall quality and professionalism of their work. The material delivered did not meet the standards or expectations outlined in their proposal, and the end result required substantial additional effort on our part to make it usable. In addition, communication throughout the project and afterward was poor, and we did not feel that our concerns were addressed in a professional or timely manner. Instead of working toward resolution, Frontier Paving took an unnecessarily aggressive approach to payment and follow-up. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Frontier Paving. We advise anyone considering them to document all aspects of their project closely and ensure clear accountability before moving forward.

Yesterday, heavy equipment and trucks started accumulating on our quiet residential street to repair the road surface that had been taken up for utility work. After some time I asked why all these big trucks were left idling. I was told that they could not shut them off because they had to keep the asphalt hot, etc. The drivers and workers were very courteous. The management that allows the noise and pollution from poor scheduling or lack of foresight needs some improvement.
