I just had one of the most appalling experiences while performing my duties as a professional porta potty service technician. Today’s date is October 8th, and it was roughly 2:15 p.m. at the Chevron station on Boulder Highway, just before heading to Pahrump. This incident involves an employee from Ganda Concrete, and I feel it’s absolutely necessary to share. As part of my job, I place clear signals and barriers around the porta potty to indicate it’s out of service, a simple precaution that most people respect. However, this employee, fully representing Ganda Concrete in their company hat and shirt, completely ignored these obvious signs. He walked right around to the back of the unit and urinated all over it. Not only did this create extra work for me, but this highly unprofessional and disgusting behavior occurred in broad daylight, at a busy gas station where children and families were present. This wasn’t just unhygienic; it was utterly irresponsible and disrespectful to everyone in the vicinity. When I approached him about his behavior, he responded with attitude, as if his actions were somehow acceptable. I wasn’t looking to start a confrontation, but this incident forces me to question Ganda Concrete's hiring practices and values. Is this the type of person they trust to represent their company? Do they condone employees who think it’s okay to disrespect public spaces and fellow workers? As someone who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and professionalism in public areas, I’m both disgusted and disappointed. This employee’s behavior was not only a direct insult to me but also to the standards of basic decency. Ganda Concrete should be ashamed to have someone like this in their employ. If this is the standard of professionalism they allow, I can’t imagine the care or attention they put into their own projects. Shame on this employee, and shame on Ganda Concrete for turning a blind eye to such gross misconduct.

Rude, obviously didn't realize my husband understood Spanish. Left in the middle of pouring the concrete which consisted of a 4x4 slab in front. If it weren't for the fact we were still under warranty we would have used Ray Buchet. To be honest I didn't even want to give them one star.

All the concrete they poured cracked. 4 different slabs. After job dumped their waste on BLM land. Called them and threatened to involve BLM if they didnt clean it up and properly take it to dump.

They poured a large patio the entire length of my house and 2 other slabs for a shed and pool 2 yes ago and we have no problems with cracks. The guys were professional and hard workers. I recommend them to everyone I know.
