Gann recently completed a large seal coat and mill patch job on our church's parking lot-we are very happy with it! There were a couple of adjustments we wanted to make afterwards, and they were super accommodating as well. I had collected a handful of bids from local companies, and Gann's was incredibly reasonable and explained the purpose behind each step of the process. They didn't try to price-gouge us and performed great work with helpful communication when the weather didn't cooperate. We hope to use them again in the future when the lot needs maintenance again!

I am an Administrator of a Nursing home in Kansas City, and we needed some work done in our parking lot and our entry approach area for both concrete and asphalt. I had reached out to about four different companies for quotes and Gann was by far the most responsive, the quickest to arrive and was very efficient with getting the quote back in a timely manner. Jason and Nathan came out and were very personable, and understanding of our situation and the scope of work needing to be done and didn't gouge me for pricing -- they were able to work within our budget and make it work. Throughout the project at our facility, Jason and Nathan were very responsive to me and provided updates in live time over which areas of the parking lot were going to be closed off so I was able to communicate to my staff with little to no delays of care at our facility. Gann recently poured new sidewalks and ramps for our retail stores. Excellent quality, professional and polite crews. They cleaned up every bit of debris when the job was done! Also having our asphalt patched, resurfaced, striped and looking forward to a quality job! Update: weekend crews patched, sealed and striped the asphalt lots.
