One of the best services I ever experienced. We had a lot of things to throw away because the people that used to live in the house move out and they pick it up everything and clean the area. Great job. Thank you

My street and alley turns to a lake every time it rain. The sidewalk is collapses on one side. My neighbor has tripped and fell because of the uneven sidewalk. It takes up to 5days after it rains for the water to dry up in the alley. I've had this problem and complain about it for 20years. I have also complained about how bad the standing water, makes the mosquitos and nets . They have mud jack the alley a few time, but it just collapses right back down. This lake is really gotten real bad. I told the city to fix it or put me some catfish, crabs, crawfish and shrimp in the water. Me and my neighbors call it "Lake Chestnut".

I’ve called for the past 3 years to improve conditions on my street. I’ve only had patch work and patch work. My vehicles have suffered multiple repairs and know I will need more repairs if this doesn’t change. I HOPE THIS POST WILL HELP, I’ve posted pictures in the garland app as well with no results. I LIVE ON The intersection of RICHARD DR & CURTIS, we live in a mainly Hispanic community and I know this is probably why nothing is being done about this. Please help if anyone has any suggestions please post, I have tried reaching out to the city of garland street department and our DIRECTOR STEVE OLIVER, who coincidentally is always out of the office Friday’s and Monday’s, It’s a shame to say that our tax dollars don’t count in our community!!!!
