Driving down Griffith road today at 5:30 and came around the corner to 3 pieces of heavy equipment, a tow truck, and a crew of men taking up the road. They had traffic stopped but absolutely no signs were out that men were working. People take the corner I was going around fast and it’s very dangerous to not have warning signs.

The crew on astondale/colham ferry has been awful. Leaving debris and messing up driveways, littering their drink cans, completely ignoring traffic because they're on their phones. I gave yall 2 stars only because they paved a good road but please tell that crew to quit acting like spoiled children and grow up

Our office has worked with Rick and his team for years. They are responsive, thorough and work to create as little inconvenience as possible for residents on our larger properties. Well, I submitted the online request for an estimate and eventually received an email from Rick Garrett that said, "Location ?" I overlooked the lack of professionalism and replied with my address. That was on July 26, and I still have not heard a word as of August 30. That is no way to do business. If you aren't interested in a job, or don't have the time, or whatever other excuse, you should either put up a "closed" sign or explain it to potential customers. Also, I would never send a business email to anyone without correct grammar and punctuation, much less a single word posed as a question. That comes across as though I am bothering you by trying to hire you. Hmm..

I have phoned this company three separate times trying to get an estimate on paving my driveway. Each time I get a different person, each time they state they will call back to schedule an appointment. I even talked to Sam Garrett on one of the occasions. My last and final attempt to get an appointment was yesterday. The lady who answered told me that she is unsure if they service my area but would check and call me back by the end of the day. Never heard back for this company. I am tired of trying to give this company business. I will go elsewhere to have this service completed. If it is this hard to get an estimate I can only imagine how hard it will be to get the work done. Very disappointment that they could not have been honest with me at the first phone call and not waste my time.
