Go Pro Brick Pavers

**Avoid Go Pro Brick Pavers — A Lesson in Contractor Negligence** I hired Go Pro Brick Pavers for a major home project — a full driveway, patio, carport extension, and several add-ons — that cost a substantial amount of money. The work itself may look nice, but what came after is something every potential customer deserves to know before signing a contract. After project completion, I discovered the driveway installation violates Lake County code because pavers were installed touching the county right of way — a situation that required a permit that was never pulled. At no point during the sales process, contract signing, or installation did Go Pro Brick Pavers advise me that a permit was required. There is not a single mention of permits or county right-of-way restrictions in any of our communications. When I raised the issue, rather than taking responsibility, Go Pro placed the blame entirely on me for not pulling the permit myself. This is not how a professional contractor operates. It is the contractor's responsibility — not the homeowner's — to know local permitting requirements, advise their clients, and refuse to begin work until proper authorization is in place. I am now left dealing with a county code issue on a project I paid for in full and in good faith. If you are considering Go Pro Brick Pavers, I strongly urge you to get any permitting responsibilities confirmed in writing before a single paver is laid.

Exceptional service from Fernando and Fred. They were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The quality of work on my backyard exceeded expectations. Highly recommend their five star team!

My backyard was a mess! Due to tree roots from by neighbor behind us, grass would not grow. I needed an alternative that made our backyard pl wasn’t to be in. Lisa prepared a great design for my backyard and the rest of the GoPro team did an excellent job putting in pavers for about half my yard, artificial turf for most of the other half, and a nice garden area across the back. Thank you to the GoPro team!

GoPro tackled our project with great service and suggestions. Everything was done within the timeframe and budget we agreed to and the outcome is amazing. I would highly recommend them for your project and will use them again. Thank you to Fred, Lisa and the entire team!

Lisa with Go Pro has an amazing eye for design! She drew up a few ideas and my husband and I were able to sit down with her and come up with our dream patio. She was patient and very professional. Overall,I had a fantastic experience with Go Pro Brick Pavers! The crew was incredibly hard-working and professional from start to finish. They built my patio with great attention to detail, and it turned out exactly how I envisioned. I really appreciated that they came back promptly to make a few adjustments and fixed anything I wasn't completely satisfied with, ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service! My cats, family , and friends live our new back yard oasis!
