I have to say I had a very nice 4 1/2 months the management are helpful in kind and very respectful. The neighbors are not too loud, very nice people that live in this community. I will be surely missing it and will look forward to there future.

I was moving to town very quickly and needed a place to park my RV. The staff allowed me to bring my RV during closed office hours and to complete all paperwork and fees once I landed the following day. This was very appreciated during a difficult transition. Everyone I encountered were friendly and mostly kept to theirselves. It is near a lot of amenities. The staff communicate well with tenants. Thank you for allowing me to stay the past few months.

We stayed at good luck for 3 1/2 weeks and loved it. It’s safe and quiet. The owners are fantastic folks if you have the opportunity to stay here you wont regret it. 5 stars.

This place is clean and the spots have enough space for your slides and the awning to be left out . We put on underpinning cause we moved in , in October and are still new at this and just wanted to stay warm. But it is a big thing to get permission for that kind of stuff, we never meant any disrespect, again all this is new,,, still. But Bless Ms . Phillis she let us know,. and let us stay. For all the rules we've learned not to break, y'all know it was the dog that got us booted. Any one looking for a big HAIRY fur ball of love. He never bothered any one but we just couldn't make him obay the rules.
