I previously had some concrete work done, and it is not at all held up. A representative came out to look at it and could not figure out the culprit as water is drainage away from structure. I was told they were going to go back and talk to the boss and get back to me in the next day or two and that was about a month ago. I’ve had several excuses why no one has gotten back to me with promises of getting a resolution and still can’t get a hold of anybody.

Such a GREAT experience! Jake W. was spot on with his bids and the crew that worked on our property was TOP NOTCH! High quality craftsmen, expert supervision on site at all times, plenty of crew members to get the work done on time, and the results are amazing! This was a short notice job, (garage floor slab, apron, porch steps) and the entire Goodmanson team made us feel like a priority. Now we are thinking about what other work they can do at our new house!

I am very happy to recommend Goodmanson Construction. If after seeing my review you have questions for me please reach out to Goodmanson Construction for my contact information as I am providing my approval for them to provide it to their potential customers. I am happy to speak with you and have many other pictures to show. The monoslab underneath my garage was cracking and separating and the frame on the front side of the garage was damaged from setting directly on the garage floor. The garage integrity was being challenged as a result of the deteriorating garage foundation. I also had some sidewalk/patio cracked concrete with freeze/thaw issues that I had them fix. The project took them only 9 working days from start to finish. In that time they shored/lifted/braced my 24'x28' oversized 2-car garage, removed/replaced garage floor & foundation, re-set the garage on the new block as well as pored concrete 14' in front of the garage and the smaller spots I mentioned above. It was a professional experience from initial review, design, & quote through completion. Awesome crew. Easy for me to work with and I am thrilled with the results.

We had a garage floor that was cracked and the one side of the footing was starting to shift. Also had need of a new driveway. Jake and Scott were great to work with. The crew did a great job of lifting the garage, demolishing the old garage slab and footings pouring a new slab and then tearing out the old driveway and pouring new. Needless to say the new garage floor and driveway look fantastic.

Our previous driveway was amazing - done by another contractor we couldn't track down again. Went with Goodmanson as they seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with. Had cement work done by them that was outstanding. Our driveway, not so much. It was installed in May, crews were great, supervisor was amazing. The reason for the mediocre review is that after it was done, we have had multiple instances of our vehicle tires leaving marks in the new asphalt (we stayed off of it for 2 weeks, recommended time to stay off was only 7 days). When we questioned Goodmanson about it, they said it was due to high temps. This was in MAY, before the heat really took off. I get that it has been an unusually hot summer, but we have had heat before and NEVER had tire marks in the asphalt. Also, some WD-40 was sprayed on tires while working on a vehicle, and when moved, some of the asphalt came up on the tire - I have never had to worry about spilling WD-40 on my driveway before. Wondering why there are issues....
