Honestly, if I could give ZERO stars I would! The quality of work is mediocre to say the least. Also, my biggest takeaway here is that this company allows thieves to work for them!! My RV was parked on the street near Karina Ct. mind you, I had just parked there a day or two prior as I was planning on moving the following day, and one of the workers decided to take it upon himself to go ahead and steal my work ladder off of my RV!!! I assume they thought it was just a homeless person's RV and no one was watching but to their surprise… my cameras caught them while I was at work. I quickly called the company to get this all sorted out, and the receptionist was very sweet and helpful at first. I sent over the photos of them stealing from me and the only response I received was “I will forward this email to the operations manager and we will investigate and let you know the outcome very soon.”. To no surprise, I didn’t hear back from anyone. Even after I reached out again. I was brushed off with the response of “I have not heard back from the operations manager. We will reach out with an update soon, thank you for your patience.”. I was very patient with the company in hopes of having this all sorted out professionally, BUT unfortunately, they decided to ignore me and have their thieving worker return to the area and dump the ladder even though I was no longer there. A neighbor of mine had called me to tell me the man had returned and just threw my ladder on the street and left. Honestly, this is just straight up disgusting. There was no need for any use of a ladder for these works as they walk behind a truck dropping tar and sweeping it flat. I truly tried to understand why they would think it was okay to steal from someone they might have thought was homeless all WHILE ON THE JOB AND USE THEIR WORK TRUCK, but I just can’t understand. I haven’t heard back from the company yet, and I think that this is just pathetic. I can only imagine how many other people they have do

Graham Contractors reopened a freshly paved street right after finishing applying slurry seal. When contacted, the manager of the project was unable to provide next steps to solve the problem. I just hope the city won’t pay for this awful job, so careless.

I Drove my car over wet cement asphalt used by Graham Contractors (they did not block off the wet pavement of the road.) The asphalt caused tire damage on all 4 of my tires. I spent 1,200 dollars to get them replaced and placed a claim . A Woman named Iris Galdamez who seems to be "in charge" responded back to me that asphalt cannot cause tire damage. I had proof of repairs, with diagnostic and I can not explain how un rightful this sounds " asphalt does not cause tire damage" This place needs to treat the people of the city better! zero stars for ignornce. I see more poor reviews on yelp. Its time to own up for what you did.

Please don't advertise false start days on projects. Workers at Graham Contractors Inc ruined a neighbor's car and won't admit to it after they've reached out to you with proof of notices with your companies name on it. Please do what's right and reimburse them for the damages.
