Riley was responsive, cooperative, and understanding. He took time to explain things in a way that made sense. His guys did solid work and were willing to answer questions. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and we were very happy with the work they completed.

Riley and his team repaired a large pothole and resealed our driveway so that the repair blends in perfectly--we keep getting compliments on our new driveway! It was hard to find a company to do a small job for a fair price, but Green Street did the whole job for less than most companies quoted us for the pothole alone. I learned a lot from the knowledgable team--who knew asphalt was recyclable!

My subdivision roads are in terrible shape, but my cul de sac was exceptionally bad with sink holes that had opened up, sinking uneven roads along the water lines. We had been asking for help from our management company for years. I found this company online and gave them a call. They were out to evaluate our situation within the week. IT took months to get our HOA and management company to engage about it, but Riley from Green Street kept at it and was persistent trying to get them to understand the dire situation we had in the cul de sac. Finally after 3 different quotes for crazy amount of $$, Riley offered an option at a very good price. Hi team came out and had our issues fixed and completed within a week. We are no longer in fear of trucks driving down the cul de sac, or residents getting hurt walking. We plan to have his company come back to help the rest of the subdivision. He is communicative, responsive, gives his honest opinions, and has the intentions to help you out of whatever situation you find yourself in. We used Greenstreet originally to fill in a problem area at the front of our property that had several potholes. We didn't have the budget at the time to get everything we wanted but thought it was a good start. These guys came in and not only executed the contract, but since they had extra asphalt left, they filled in several other potholes too! The residents were ecstatic and we ended up calling them back a few months later to fill in a problem area after we had a storm sewer repair. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

I needed bollards installed. Green Street Blacktop was very quick and efficient. I got my estimate and everything installed very quickly. Will definitely recommend. They were faster and cheaper than other companies I reached out to. It was a pleasure working with Riley and the team.
