Last break-up we experienced basement flooding due to excess snow around the house and yard. We contacted Sergey at Grizzly Construction to resolve the issue. The ground was excavated and a new barrier installed and the ground was compacted with gravel and sloped away from the house to aid in drainage. The stone facade and slab had to unexpectantly be removed due to material failure and ground settling. Fortunately, Sergey had a slab available to replace the failed slab with another slab pre-made and ready to be installed. You can see the failed slab in the pictures. I can't say enough positive things about the professionalism and honesty of Sergey and everyone at Grizzly Construction. 5 stars plus.

Grizzly has provided services a couple times. Gravel delivery to carpentry and roofing repair. Always on time, value related to costs and pleasant to work with every time. I hope they stay available as my "go to" for solutions to living in Alaska.
