Grunder Landscaping Co

Anybody thinking about residential service, I was a customer for design, installation and maintenance for over 6 years and $40K and this year...I got put to the back of the line. I had to initiate contact, lots of promise and no follow up. See below the excuse I should pay more even when I couldn't get the basic service which I paid for. I got a grumpy supervisor, more promises. Never heard from her again. And why does a dissatisfied customer have to be the one to keep calling? I'm not going to beg you to take my money. Since no one thinks me worthy of follow up, I will let everyone I know they shouldn't hire Grunder's because of bad customer service.

Update. First time review below. Second time wasn’t great. Delays with bringing their foreign workers in to the country. The workers that came weren’t good at all. Not meticulous for one of the highest priced companies around. Simple mulch and trimming but couldn’t get it right. Kent Sholder and his team did a great job with some rearranging of landscaping on our new build. We used another company for the original work. Two years living there and we didn’t feel like things looked clean, spaced out or had any pop. They are extremely professional and very well trained employees. Looking forward to having Grunder back for work each season. OLD REVIEW

Just switched to grunder. First company that was perfectly honest about what they were not able to do but figured out how to get the job done through our backyard fence. They did not leave and say they finished the job when they actually did not. Got a quick response when call with questions. Seth was our technician and he even called me to explain what he did and make sure we were ok with it.

I would like to recognize our lawn tech Seth G for his very friendly and professional service. He listens well and was supportive of my questions and request. Seth is an excellent representative for Grunder and a pleasure to work with.

We had Grunder redo our backyard privacy trees last autumn. Brent and his team designed the new layout, cleaned out our old trees and poison ivy, and put in our new trees in just a few days. The results were/are fantastic. In addition, they have been very responsive to our questions and in making sure the trees are healthy. 10/10, highly recommend, would use again!
