I used H&M services for the first time yesterday, but it certainly won’t be the last time. It was very easy to schedule an appointment to service my air conditioning unit and flush my water heater. They sent a young technician named Daniel. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He was very professional, respectful of my property and answered all my concerns. I’m so happy that my previous service provider recommended this company. Neither Daniel nor the front office tried to upsell any services. I prefer giving my business to the family owned businesses. I highly, highly recommend this company. I also have to give a shout out to Samantha. She was very helpful from the moment I contacted H&M. I can tell she is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does.

I used H&S SERVICES for the first time on 5/14/26. They are great and Daniel the young man who did the service on the AC was very professional. He addressed all of my concerns pertaining to the AC. When it’s time for the fall service on my HEATING unit. I will be name requesting Daniel to do my service. I love dealing with family owned businesses. I’ve found that you get better customer service and pricing. So if you are looking for a new HVAC service I highly recommend H&S SERVICES located in Cumming, GA.

Peter from H&M Services was fantastic to work with. I had a leak in my bathroom sink and he made the whole process easy from start to finish. He called ahead before arriving, showed up right on time, and fixed the leak incredibly fast. On top of that, he took the time to share a few extra plumbing tips and tricks that were really helpful. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient — I highly recommend Peter and H&M Services!

Peter & Ed came when they said they would, did a great job installing a new hot water heater, removing the old one, and gave us tips on what to look for to prolong its life. They were very knowledgeable and thorough, and we highly recommend H&M Services

I used these guys to re-plumb my entire home. They were great. Harry, the owner Came out and gave me my estimate and came out to get the guys settled when they started.
