I cannot recommend H&H Contractors based on our experience. If you choose to hire them, get **everything** in writing. Do not rely on verbal promises made during the bidding process. Make sure every product, specification, and commitment is included in the contract before work begins. We were told our sports court would be built to industry standards, but that was not our experience. We were also billed for a pickleball net that was not the model we had selected. The net that was installed was significantly lower in quality and cost than the one we had been told we would receive, yet we were still billed for the higher-priced option until we questioned it. The project was plagued by quality and workmanship issues. It took four attempts over the course of three weeks for the crew to successfully install our basketball hoop. At one point, we returned home expecting the final walkthrough only to find the hoop hadn't even been installed. The sod was poorly laid and much of it was already dead. The irrigation system was damaged, with sod covering several sprinkler heads, lines cut, water pooling under sod. The yard was not properly backfilled, and the concrete finish did not meet the quality we expected when told they use sport court industry standards. To H&H's credit, they did repair many of the issues we identified, including the irrigation, sod, and other installation mistakes, and they agreed to reduce the amount we owed for the court. However, they refused to replace or redo the concrete despite our concerns about the finish. In the end, while some problems were corrected, this was not the outcome we were hoping for. We hired H&H expecting a high-quality sports court built to industry standards. Instead, we spent weeks identifying problems, requesting corrections, and advocating for work that should have been done correctly the first time. H & H were a good company to work with for replacing my lawn. Project manager Mike Doroitt took over the over the project at short notice and did a superb job of organizing the revisions we had to make and handled the subcontractors, a very good team, very smoothly. I felt my project and needs were met with professionalism and competency. I highly recommend them!

H&H did wonderful job of rebuilding a backyard fireplace and patio that had begun to sink. They were very easy to work with, and very clean and efficient. They took everything down, reinforced the entire patio and fireplace. They also repaired stairs and added mulch to the entire yard. We are very pleased with thier work and will definitely use them in the future.

From beginning to end of the project, I knew I had chosen the right contractor. All the employees that I came in contact with were dedicated to completing the job to my satisfaction. They started the project ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. Changes throughout the project that I requested were priced fairly. Final inspection items at the end of the project were completed In a timely manner. Even after I paid them in full and discovered a couple of items that needed to be modified , they never hesitated in getting out to the house and completing the work. That in itself is a sign of a contractor that you want to work with on your next project.

Working with H&H contractors was a wonderful experience! I had them replace an old failing retaining wall that needed a better drain solution. In addition to, pouring a new concrete driveway and steps leading up to my front door. Their work was excellent. I go to the window every evening and admire how much I love their work. Nick Erickson was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. He was great to work with through the whole planning process. His crew was always on time throughout the whole project from start to final clean-up. Even worked in the rain to get the job done! I have plans to use H&H for a few other projects and I would highly recommend them for any landscaping project you may have!
