Hard Rock Construction

This company is doing work on my street. Came home today and they left trash everywhere. They usually park their trucks next to my house and today there were water bottles and juice bottles everywhere in that spot. Just drove off with garbage all in the yard I guess. Scary that a company hires adults that can't do basic things like pick up after themselves but we have to trust them to properly install our sewer/water pipes underground. Yikes.

I am impressed. Really impressed. This company finished repairing sewage lines for the city of new orleans early last week. But the next day I realized there was a MOUNTAIN OF SAND AND DEBRIS piled in front of the driveway. After several calls to Hard Rock construction two men came out to respond to a 'complaint'. Thank you. As indicated, the MOUNTAIN OF SAND AND DEBRIS as depicted on this picture was blocking a driveway. What was the solution? The MOUNTAIN OF SAND and DEBRIS was moved TO THE OTHER SIDE of the street. *** I ask Hard Rock CEO and executive staff (not your workers): why don't you get a truck and haul it away after the job is completed??? what happened to being responsible and meeting your contractors obligations: what happened to being considerate and respectful? This MOUNTAIN OF SAND IS OBSTRUCTING THE ONLY, LET ME SAY, the ONLY EXIT STREET of STATE STREET DRIVE. I ask you HARD ROCK do the RIGHT THING NOW!!!

They have caused us to evacuate due to hitting a high pressure gas line. Nobody from the crew informed us that a line was hit. They’ve hit our water line multiple times. Water will go out randomly when they are working on the street. Our water pressure is now much lower than it was before, and there’s little hope of it being fixed. There’s no communication from the workers or anyone else. Everyone I’ve talked in the company doesn’t know what is going on with any situation I’ve brought up. They work on the street for a day or two every 2-3 weeks. The crews regularly leave trash in the road and on our property.

Hard Rock Construction was assigned to repair a sinkhole in front of my house. The crew was professional, efficient, and the foreman kept me informed of the process for each day. They completed the work in a matter of 5 days from start to finish and it would have been faster if it didn't rain. They even stopped work to move heavy equipment so I could move my cars. I was impressed by the crew's work ethic, their attention to detail, and the level of professionalism. I will absolutely consider Hard Rock for my future concrete needs.

They've been working on the street in front of my house for 3 weeks now, have been blocking off my drive way since, and haven't shown up to finish the job since they poured new concrete 2 weeks ago! I'm recovering from foot surgery and have had to park down the street since. I've called several times and have contacted the city about it, and they've been non-responsive. Lawsuit will be coming soon if I cant get access to my own property!
