Hardscapes by Pooters Llc

Clint was the best in every way. He was personable, professional and always showed up when he said he would which seems to be rare these days. He did a wonderful job doing a water feature in our back yard. Would highly recommend him to anyone.!!

For the last 4 years, my carport has flooded during heavy rain. It affected the structural wall of the utility room and a corner of the carport. I tried DIY fixes that didn't work. After comparing the cost of drainage repair by a professional with the cost of replacing the utility room and concrete work, I made the decision to hire a professional. A friend recommended Harscapes by Pooters. I called for an appointment and left a message for a return call. Clint called while on vacation out of state to schedule a personal assessment of the situation. With his engineering background, he made a recommendation, which I accepted. The work was completed in 4 days. Then I waited 5 days for rain. Finally, it rained steady on day 5, the water from the drive drained into the grass as it was designed to do and no flooding in the carport! The team was professional. They cleaned up before they left. Kelly was onsite every day and all day. The pavers on the drive, in the carport, and on sidewalks were well done. I am very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Hardscapes by Pooters for patios, drives, fountains, rock gardens, and any projects you may at your home. Clint will work with you to design and create what you have in mind. He will always give you an honest evaluation of what will and won't work. Hopefully, you will be as pleased as I am.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We regularly saw Pooters at the Villages market nights for the past year. After several conversations with Clint we thought this would be a good company to install our putting green. Clint and his team arrived and we thought they knew what they were doing and we were left with turf that was just sitting on top of the ground with no stretching, the border layer was just laid over top of the putting green, frayed edges, ugly curves and nails sticking up are just a few of the problems. IT WAS CLEARLY UNUSABLE. I have tried to reach out to them with no success. We were forced to bring in another company to redo the entire thing. They could not believe what a poor quality job this was. I have included pictures as well to show the quality of work. I hope this review will keep others from being scammed by this company. I also plan to contact The Villages to see if there is way to get them removed from the vendor nights or if there is some type of screening process to ensure only reputable companies are allowed to set up.
