Got 2 loads or red dirt, a load of white Mason sand, and a load of crushed concrete. The dirt and sand were great, I definitely do not recommend getting the crushed concrete. It is 90% dirt. For just a little more, you can get limestone.

Very rude customer service. We called them Friday to try and set up a delivery for today (Monday). When I spoke to the lady on Friday she refused to give me a definite time on Friday, so I asked well can you give me a ballpark time? She told me around noon. I said mam it is very imperative you give me a time, I run a business and cannot be waiting In limbo. Not giving me a time is essentially being from 8am to 4 pm. Nobody should have to wait around not knowing. Very bad business!!!! I just got back into town from Atlanta from a weekend trip, and this morning early I get a text stating call me asap the driver is at your door banging. So I urgently call my client at 8 am, and they did not answer so I got in contact with Henzee to no prevail and they did not answer. After they did not answer I left a text stating it’s very bad business, after that I called again and spoke to the lady and she was yelling and stated since you think we do very bad business you will need to go somewhere else and said we are 75 years old and have a excellent reputation. I tried to piece the deal back together and get her to deliver this afternoon, she refused. She also stated that the delivery driver is her husband because nobody else wants to work for them, very rude, stone-aged people. So now I will publicly let everyone know that the owner thinks she’s entitled to doing very bad business bc she’s 75 and thinks it’s ok not to schedule times and show up on a moments notice and then yell at customers on the phone. Stay away from this place and do not do business. It’s also pretty funny how in a previous review, the owner responded to a customer and called them “short-tempered.” It seems the owner is truly the one with the short temper after our conversation today. No class. Response to owner: I think this business owner is “grossly” uneducated as their professionalism and communication skills are “grossly” lacking.
