Holyoke City Public Works

This is what our taxes are going to? Complete incompetence and utter laziness please someone explain to me why or how is this acceptable and the supervisor "richardo" im still waiting on a call back or to see u in the actual office seems like you're never where you're suppose to be 🤔 denied because it was over/full please explain how this is in any way full and is supposed to sit for another week? UPDATE 1/28/26 AGAIN HERE WE ARE ALL WONDERING WHY DO WE PAY TAXES WHEN OUR STREETS DONT GET PLOWED AND OUR TRASH DONT GET PICKED UP, AND IM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK RICHARDO AND MIKE DO YOUR DAMN JOB!

The employees at the front desk are always polite, helpful, and provide great customer service. Thank you guys!

Those guys that work there are really a great bunch of guys every time I'm there there always willing to help me with whatever I need you guys definitely deserve a good raise you guys are the best always make my day especially the young guy there he's got such a great personality keep up the great work guys can't thank you guys enough!!👍👍

While me and another driver tried to get to work, here are the DPW guys doing push-ups to be funny & block the road. I'm 100% sure they did this to tick off the guy behind them rather than just having fun. They made us wait a long time. I was blocked two other days by different drivers expecting me to reverse my car blind down a street because their truck was way too wide to get by me.

Thanks people are very wonderful they working hard, for the community with the best services, thank you so much I enjoy every time I get there hoping new features come the best for the community keeping the city clean 🙂
