We hired Hope Seals to seal, crack-fill, and stripe our senior-living facility's parking lots, and the crew did a fantastic job. What stood out most was their meticulous prep work — they took real time cleaning and weeding the lot before sealing, and that attention to detail showed in the final result. The striping crew was also impressively efficient, finishing much faster than I expected. As someone going through this process for the first time, I was very pleased with the whole experience. We're happy enough that we're recommending them to other properties in our portfolio. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Last Fall (October 2025) we had a sealcoat job that needed done urgently. The weather was just good enough and they were able to use their fast drying additives in the solution to achieve amazing results. Richard and his team put a lot of work in the prep which led to a successful project. Planning to use again for all my Sealcoating needs.
