We had our driveway (Dual driveway w/ neighbor) tore out and replaced in 2023. We had some hiccups, but the team was actually very helpful in resolving. 1. They scratched my neighbors Pella Bay Window with the skidsteer and had to replace it 2. The driveway had water running into my neighbors garage (3 attempts to fix and it worked). Again, that was 2023 and they did a great job addressing concerns and communicating. 2024 comes... We had them do the seal coating. Other than being a little sloppy with getting on edges of concrete, it looked good and we were happy. 2025 comes... this is where they earned their 1 star. We had them come do seal coating and crack repair. They gave a proper quote, charged the quote, but did not fill the cracks. They attempted to, but they did not fill. After contacting them several times, the team came back out to fill it again, but again, the cracks did not actually fill. From the end of June, all the way through mid-November, we played the e-mail and "leave messages" game. The office administrator was asked by myself and my neighbor to have the Owner contact us, and he refused. Instead, he would have her e-mail us back on industry standards and that they would use a different process to correct the cracks, but don't recommend it due to appearance. We could not get them to meet with us to discuss, speak on the phone to discuss, or even send pictures of an example. Based on our experience in 2023, we had recommended them. After all of this, not only will I not be recommending them, but due to the lack of professionalism, we hired another company to resolve the issue (which looks good). Apparently this review is just a pile-on from issues others are now having with the company. I wish them the best of luck turning it around. Photos below of what their "crack filler" looked like.

Very poor customer service. We had a $66 000 job and I can't get any resolution on the problems we've had. We had 30 driveways done and five of them are leaching water into the garages. I've asked them multiple times to come out and fix it little or no results. This was 6 months ago and the problems exist. I've made multiple calls to the GM who has not returned them. The secretary promises that these will be addressed but it has fallen on deaf ears. I could not recommend their work at this time. I wish I had read some of these other reviews before they were chosen over three over companies. Very disappointed. HOA president.

Gave quote then when half of driveway dug up increased quote by $1900. Final bill it went to $2200. Driveway was not leveled or graded properly, large areas collect 2inches of water and another area forms basin that water seeps to foundation. Areas not flattened or smoothed, left rough. Lawn tore up and left. Stone border set in concrete to flower bed knocked down, some pieces thrown in bed. Broke branches off mature dogwood, burned bushes in flower bed near driveway, left broken glass from mirror in grass. Took 2 weeks for company to reply to calls. Tim came out on a Friday, apologized and said top half needed pulled out and replaced. The bushes and lawn he needed to find out about. He would let us know the following Tuesday or Wednesday. He never called. All our calls go unanswered. We are seeking legal avenues. These are only some of our photos.

No, or very little communication. We had Houser pave our 400' driveway 7 years ago. It started falling apart within 6 months and now needing redone . We have been trying to get them out to fix the problem ALL this time but they always come up with a reason not too. We paid $8,500.00 for a VERY poor job. Worst company I have EVER had to deal with. I'll take some pictures and upload in the morning of how BAD it is. Court next..... UPDATE, 0 stars or - stars would be better! It's been 9 years now and the 400 foot drive has about 250 feet that is crumbling apart. The last time (2020) we tried to get them to come out and fix it they sent us a QUOTE for repairs (of there own work) for $2,900.00. Pictures updated 2022

Horrible service! They poured blacktop in my driveway at the end of last season and damaged part of my siding around the garage. Work wasn't good because they poured some of it cold and they didn't coordinate well with the folks who did the concrete curb plate. They finally came back and seal coated 2 weeks ago, after I'd been calling for over 6 weeks. They seal coated on a rainy day and ruined my newly painted house due to splashing. They sent someone out to paint the garage door but failed to take care of the siding and other things that were damaged. They also tried to convince me that somehow it only rained on my house, as if I made it all up. They need to re seal the driveway because a lot of it splashed away in the rain, but I can't get in touch with anyone to tell me when that will happen. I've been calling every other day for the last week and no one will return my calls. Not even the owner. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor! The first picture is before they seal coated. The other two are after....
