Houston Concrete Company - Alvin

They reviewed the existing industrial concrete floor slab, photographed the repair or replacement limits, and walked us through exactly what would be removed and how the new work would be protected. The crew protected nearby walls, garage doors, landscaping, and finished surfaces before demolition and placement, and used the specified curing method—then kept the slab traffic off until the required strength milestone. Our facilities team appreciated the clear direct-pay written scope after comparing repair and replacement options, and the planned field work came together in 6 working days. Seeing the new concrete work finished made a huge difference in how our home looks. The slab was poured evenly, the edges were clean, and everything drains properly now.

The team poured a large foundation slab for our new addition and quality is outstanding. They handled the prep work, the forms, and the pour with precision, and the finish is perfectly smooth. Everything passed inspection with zero issues.
