John put in an asphalt driveway to my new detached garage in September, 2025. I also had him seal coat the new driveway and my old one. Last week I noticed the seal coat was coming off the old driveway in a couple places so I called John. He came out that afternoon and said that he would take care of it and had an opening the next morning. By 10 the next morning he and his crew had put down new seal coat where needed and it was covered by his warranty. Great service!

John Hurley and his crew are standout professionals in a crowd of startups and semipros. After years and years of issues with our driveway, outrageous quotes, and scammy businesses trying to take advantage of the situation, I found John. He gave me a reasonable quote and did the work in half a day... 9000 sq ft of switchback driveway on a hill, done. It was pretty amazing to see how orchestrated the job was. Since the initial work years ago, we had them come back out to coat it. When we had some minor issues with the coating, they went out of their way to make it right. I would recommend these guys to anyone without any hesitation!

John and his crew are the best in town. There is a reason you may have to wait a few months because all the big contractors in town know there is only one company that will do the job right and that is John. I have a lot of family in construction in Colorado Springs and they would all only give me one name. John was very professional from the start and delivered exactly what he said. I had a difficult job for John with a lot of required grading for runoff and tying in of existing structures and concrete. The asphalt grain is so tight and the way his son on the grader performs is true art. I've never seen someone that good on a grader before. John's attention to detail in tying everything together is so amazing. He was able to butt up against so many varying types of objects (concrete, rocks, trees etc) that it all looks perfectly natural. These guys were awesome! We had 5 other companies come out and give us a bid. It was a large project and we wanted to make sure that we had someone who really knew what they were doing. Their price was competitive and the driveway turned out amazing. John has been doing this for so long that he know how to do a quality product without taking short cuts. Couldn't be happier and would recommend Hurley Asphalt to anyone.
