Grant hired our company (G-FORCE Parking Lot Striping) to do some temporary striping at an Amazon facility that is under construction. He made the customer's intent clear from the beginning, he did an excellent job of communicating with me for estimating, with my partner for scheduling, and with our crew for execution. The project had every opportunity to go sideways, but Grant ensured that all parties had the best possible outcome. They also mailed a check about 30 days after the project was invoiced, so this one is in the books and we are a happy subcontractor.
