We have had industrial asphalt complete 2 projects for us and we couldn’t be happier. Pat did everything he said he would do, the exact way he said he would do it. He was very professional and kept us updated with each step of the job. His crew was top notch and very courteous and respectful. If you are looking to have asphalt work done of any kind this is the company to hire ! We will absolutely be using industrial asphalt again for our future projects. Thanks again Pat.

Pat sounds very pleasing when he is trying to get the business, he tries to upsell his products and he is on the expensive side. Even after all that, he tries to do under par job and never shows his face again. By the way he promises 5 year warranty, don't fall for it, if he is not able to correct errors withing a week, how can he commit to his work after few years... He demands money without finishing everything as promised in the SOW, when called to finish, he keeps finding excuses. He even yelled at me on phone for no reason, just because we kept asking to finish his job. He did not do parking stripes and never showed any intent to do because he was already paid in full by then(My fault). I always had a doubt based on my experience with these unethical contractors in this business, but I still paid him because he would come back do the stipes as it's a small job for him, but we ended up doing it ourselves. I hate these cheaters doing business out there. Be careful
