Innovative Painting & Concrete

My name is Alison Brundage. I am writing my personal experience as President of the Board of Directors of the Ono Vista Condominiums when Innovative Painting & Concrete Repairs performed building(s) restoration , repair, paint and roofing. ( two buildings , 5 stories each )The complex is one block from the ocean in Waialua. The buildings were at least 30+yr old at the time of this work. The condo had never had extensive(deep) restoration/repair done since the original construction of the complex. Restoration was overdue. Words can not express the care and excellence afforded the repairs performed by this team. The spalling and cement degeneration was extensive . ( salt air& delayed ongoing building repairs) IP&CR company, with engineering advisement through the process, guided our Board through the sizeable building repairs. The team made a very painful process less painful but as well our Board was educated all along the way on how to go about keeping our buildings healthy. (I learned a lot about concrete, and metal exposed to salty air !......) It's been 15 yr since IPCR performed this extensive restoration. Ono Vista Condominium to this day has steadily increased it's value based on condo unit sale price. I highly recommend IPCR !! Alison Brundage. 17 yr resident of ono Vista Complex and previous President of the Board of Directors

Eddie Bravo is a Jiu Jitsu Instructor from the mainland that does not know a thing about Innovative Painting.

I don't know who this Eddie guy is but he obviously has a bone to pick with me or someone on my crew.
