Ismael's Construction LLC

Ismael's crew, of three, led by Jose, arrived on time at 8 a.m. this morning. I had retained them to patch holes in the asphalt alley in front of my garage. They measured and we chatted to agree on what a tech had scheduled. Crew had to use a saw to cut out the old asphalt, smooth a pad, and then add a base before laying the hot patch. All I needed to supply was water from a garden hose. the hot asphalt was tamped and smoothed and sprayed to cool. Liquid tar was applied at the seam. The crew also kindly added some asphalt to a couple of small holes outside of the main patch. The crew swept up and replaced my hose. This job exceeded my expectations, and I can recommend Ismael's without any reservation.

A special shout out to the Ismael's Construction team, especially Zakk, Foreman Jose, Operations Mgr. Kenet, for doing a great job at my Mukilteo listing. They brought a driveway that had cracked concrete slabs back to life and they did so in a very timely, efficient and cost effective way. I'd highly recommend Ismael's Construction to anyone. They are a great, trustworthy team who were very communicative through the process. 5-Stars all the way!

We have had a very positive experience with Ismael's Construction. We requested a bid for the removal of our old drive and a portion of sidewalk on our property. Ismael's submitted a very competitive bid quite promptly, and work was quickly scheduled to begin within a few days. All work was completed on time, on spec, and everything was completely cleaned up after the work was completed. All of our (many) questions and concerns were quickly addressed by Zakk, Kenet or Abraham in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. Above all, our interactions with Ismael's were conducted in a professional, business-like manner at all times. We cannot say the same for other contractors with whom we have dealt. We would definitely recommend Ismael's for anyone needing cement work done on their property.
