iTop Pavers

Fabio came by to give an estimate to pave our lanai and put a 6 x 9 extension on it. Drew up the plans with a very good price. We accepted the contract and within two days Luis and his crew showed up to install the Pavers Luis and the crew were very conscience of our property and did a bang up job. Both Fabio and Luis were wonderful to work with and would highly recommend them.

My introduction with iTop Pavers began with meeting its fabulous owner, Fabio, who discussed the scope of the job, answered my questions and then provided a quote. Fabio is licensed, insured and business savvy which offered me great reassurance. Fabio attended Yale and received his Masters Degree. Fabio is an exceptional communicator and was responsive to my questions. He offered great suggestions that I had not thought about which comes from experience, and a great eye for aesthetics. His passion is obvious in his love for his work….details matter. Fabio is honest, trustworthy, and makes good on his promises in a timely and efficient manner. The scope of my job was to repave my pool deck and lanai, as well as repave my front walkway and front porch. The project began in a day or two after the initial meeting with the most talented, friendly, respectful and hard-working crew led by Luis. The craftsmanship of this crew was awesome and fun to watch! The job was completed in about three days with an uncompromised work ethic and an unmatched price. Many other quick transformations by Fabio earned him the right to be filmed on the hit TV show Flip This House. I am very fortunate to have crossed paths with Fabio.

Wow. All I can say is wow. iTop came referred by a few neighbors. I had others come for proposals and some never even followed up...why come at all? Fabio was very responsive and had a proposal over to me in a few hours. I said yes to the estimate and he had his team installing in a just a few days. Granted, I wasnt asking for anything spectacular, I just wanted to expand my usable space, but Fabio and his team delivered. They were clean and efficient, work was great quality. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend to anyone asking.
