Ivan's Land Improvements LLC

Ivan and the boys did a great job with our house. They installed stone beds around the perimeter to keep everything looking clean and two walkways from the steps out to the parking areas. It wasn't an easy job but they made everything look beautiful. Nely made all the paperwork and communication easy. Outstanding job.

We have used Ivan’s Land Improvements for three different projects and have been extremely happy every time. First, Ivan replaced dangerous, rotting railroad tie stairs with new 4x4 timber steps with gravel substrate. The finished product looks fantastic and is much safer. We had a leveling concern that was not clearly communicated at the start, and Ivan took ownership, redid the section, and got it exactly where we wanted it. Second, he completed a full yard cleanup and mulching for our large property. The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded expectations, and we plan to continue using him for spring and fall cleanups. Most recently, Ivan transformed an overgrown brush-covered area on the side of our house, removing deep root systems and planting 8 large arborvitae and skip laurels for privacy. The transformation was incredible. We live in Annapolis and have worked with several landscaping companies over the years, but Ivan is the one we will continue to use. His reasonable pricing, attention to detail, and hard-working, customer-first mentality make him a company we are happy to support. Highly recommend.

Ivan and his team are amazing to work with. I explained what I needed and he did a great job. I'm so glad I found him. I'm planning more projects for him to do. You can't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended

Ivan's team did a great job putting down new gravel for our driveway, and replacing the pavers to the sidewalk going to our house, and all at a very reasonable price. I would use them again if given the chance, and would very much recommend them.

Ivan and team were amazing!! They went above and beyond to make my yard look beautiful. They mulched, replanted, trimmed trees/bushs, and dug put a giant bush for me. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and will definitely be hiring them again!
