From wire to wire, we had an exceptional experience working with J&D Seal Tech. We are a four townhouse HOA in North Buffalo and needed to coordinate scheduling with the needs of all four homeowners. This company gave us a decent quote, scheduled us promptly, communicated at every step of the process, and did great work our shared driveway looks terrific. We will be calling on this company again. So I called to get a quote saw one of thier trucks working close by...so I called the secretary was very nice and professional...took my info and said he will call u back some time today or tomorrow...ok great...I missed his call becuase I was working in and out...call him back...hi said what I wanted where it was this and that had the tone and demeanor like a jerk but that was only the start of it..said i wanted both side of my driveway extended left to right....claimed oh I cant do that it will tear up the middle and scratch it up from the excavators and then u need to replace the whole thing and at that point I thought if u dont want my business then just hang up.....before i could explain that there was plenty of room on either sode to do it with out damaging the driveway....i just gave up and so oh ok good bye then...so ya from reading the other reviews I am not surprised at him

I Received The Sealcoat service September 2025 for the amount of $152.25. The price was a Bargain compared to other companies in my area. At the time it got done it looked like it was a rushed job, but I thought oh you get what you paid for. SMH Plus, the man on the phone was very short with me not pleasant. I’m Sharing these pictures now March 20 26 after the snow and getting my driveway plowed one time through the season. I don’t understand why this happened so I called and spoke with a guy named John, which was short and unpleasant once again. He said someone will drive by and take a look and he doesn’t understand why this happened. It must be something that I did.. I just wanna get to resolving this Issue. my three toddlers can’t even play in the driveway when we do have nice weather break. It’s tracking into my hallway which has ruined my floor and I have to figure out that I just needed help fixing it and talking about how to resolve this issue.Let’s just say I’m still waiting for this man to call me back. I was hoping at least someone from the company would help me understand & explain how this even happens and get it repaved maybe with a discount at least. I don’t think this man is ever gonna call me back. And now when I call no one answers.So No I wouldn’t recommend this company. I rather pay a bigger price for better service At this point. Poor-quality asphalt mix • Too thin of a layer applied • Bad compaction (not rolled properly) • Laid in bad weather (too cold or wet) • OR… worst case: it was basically just a “cheap overlay” or watered-down sealcoat job sold as paving. Still No Call Back or attempt to fix this issue.

Just had my driveway sealed yesterday by J & D's Seal Tech. I've used them for many years and they NEVER disappoint me. My driveway looks brand new today. The crew was friendly and definitely professionals at what they do. I highly recommend this company, products and their services.

I have JD Sealtech several times over the years to seal, stripe and repave parking lots that we manage for our company. Did a great job and would recommend them for this type of service. Workmanship and employees I encountered on the job site were courteous to me and my customers.
