J-III Concrete

Ordered 14 yards of 3,000 psi concrete with fiber from J-III in Ben Bolt Alice plant. Placed the order 2.5 weeks ahead of time so that I could get on the schedule and have a place in line. Called the day before scheduled delivery to confirm my slot for between 9- 10 am and was told at that time they would have to do it in 2 loads cause they were busy. No problem I thought, my contractor wasn't to happy about it but was willing to wait for the second load. The day of delivery my contractor shows up at 8:30 to prep for the arrival which never comes.. I call the plant and they say that they are waiting on a truck and that he will call me when he has one available. At that point I had had enough and made other arrangements for a concrete delivery with a different company the next day. Needles to say I called J-III back and cancelled them for good. They won't be getting any recommendations from me.
