JAG Development

Exceptional workmanship and attention to detail! The team completed our renovation on time and within budget, keeping communication clear throughout. Professional, reliable, and skilled—I'd hire them again without hesitation!

We are in the process of relocating from California to Henderson and found a home we really love. However, we want to make a few changes to personalize it. A friend recommended JAG, so we decided to reach out. Initially, we weren’t sure if they handled remodels since our friends had a custom-built home from them, but we gave it a shot. When I called, we were connected with Monica, who was incredibly friendly and took the time to understand our vision. She didn’t rush me off the phone and asked thoughtful questions about our project. She made us feel that a remodel was just as important to them as a new build. We’re really looking forward to having JAG remodel our new home!

My husband and I are looking to build in the near future and had a wonderful experience with Jag Development. We met with Sean Martin to discuss our plans for our future home. He was very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. We are very impressed with the level of professionalism that Sean showed. The Jag projects that Sean showed us are high quality with an extreme attention to detail. We are so excited to work with this amazing builder in the near future.

We recently completed our new home with JAG Development and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Sean Martin's unparalleled professionalism and top-notch skills made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, JAG's attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident every step of the way. I highly recommend JAG Development for anyone looking to build their dream home!

Just want to share my very positive experience with JAG Development. After a botched job by a cabinet installer that took months and nothing was right, the guy disappeared leaving me high and dry. I was desperate to find someone who could correct the mess I was left with and finish the project. Monica Urzua referred me to her boss, Jeff Gibson, owner of JAG Development. He came in assessed the problem then proceeded to restore my faith in contractors. I believe it is much more difficult to fix another person’s botched job than to start from scratch. Jeff’s crew did an amazing job correcting all that was wrong, from the repainting, to drawer installation, replacing the glass panels in the cabinet doors, and so much more. The work was done professionally in just a couple of weeks. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would trust JAG with any project in my home and would not hesitate to recommend them.
