Do not use this company. Not only are their employees obnoxious, misinformed, and downright rude, they have complete disregard for the shoddy work they produce. My neighbors and I have had multiple interactions of being yelled at by both the employees at the job site, but also the foreman. They are being fined daily by the city for unsafe conditions, improper permits, and other damages. Stay far away.

This company came into my residential development and blocked an entire street not allowing cars through. When I told them they couldnt block an entire street a man in the truck drive straight towards my vehicle while another employee standing on the sidewalk flipped her hand up at me as if to go away. When I called Jarrett to complain I was told that a manager said they weren't even in that development. It was all a lie to not take blame. Do not use this company if you have a choice. They have no right to hold residents hostage. Also they put roadwork signs on people's lawn and completely block home driveways as well so homeowners can't leave

One of your employees needs a driving lesson. Today, August 17th 2022 he chose to follow me so close getting on I-40 east bound at MM 268 after all of us taking a forced construction detour, that I could not see his front bumper in my rear view. I was doing 80 and he chose to pass me like a nut job in the slow lane and i guarantee based on how quickly he drove out of sight that he was doing 100 mph. White Chevrolet crew cab with diesel tank mounted in bed, looked like a 2021 or 22 model with your Jarret Builders logo on the doors. If he were mine I'd fire him. This was at approx 4:37 pm if you need the time as well.
