JC Eagle Concrete

I just had JC Eagle Concrete pour a driveway extension and two outdoor patios. I am very happy with the results and will certainly use them again. They did great work, and were very competitively priced. Travis and his crew were professional, and produced great results with the finished product. I would recommend them if you are looking to have concrete work done.

My parents hired this company to re-do their driveway and entryway steps. This company could not have cared less about my parents or what they wanted. They left my parents without a driveway for almost 2 months with little to no communication, never came when they said they would, did not execute the plan that they promised my parents, and when confronted about it told my parents “well I think it looks nice and you are getting a good deal”. But again, it is not at all what they asked for. This whole process has been one of the most stressful situations my parents have had to go through due to this company’s unprofessionalism and lack of care. This company has now lost the business of multiple neighbors, co-workers, mine, and the rest of my family’s. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want subpar work that takes months to complete, workers that don’t show when they say they will, and a trashed property due to them not cleaning up after themselves.

I don't usually write negative reviews but I feel like people need to know. We wanted to get concrete poured for our shop and hot tub pad. They were responsive when coming out for a quote and to take our money for a deposit but after that it was like pulling teeth to get an answer on when they were coming to do the work. I called and called before finally getting an answer weeks later. They came out and did the concrete but didn't listen and sloped the concrete right into our shop so now every time it rains we have a puddle of water in there. I called and asked them to fix it and he said he'd send someone out and even told me when. No one showed up and I never heard another word. If I could give 0 stars I would. Buyer beware.

I reached out to three different concrete companies to get quotes and they are the only ones that responded back! They gave me a detailed quote and the owner was on site the entire time during the installation process. We had a pad installed for a hot tub and they let me know that they could add a significant portion to our back patio because they had to purchase a whole truck of concrete anyway - now we have a big beautiful back patio!

Best contractor we have ever worked with! Travis is extremely professional, kind, and honest. He picked up the phone on the first ring.....was at our house the next day for an estimate......and called us within a few hours to provide the estimate. We have waited weeks for contractors to provide estimates to us!!! His crew was amazing and they did a fantastic job on our driveway extension!!!!! Don't call anyone else because you won't get this level of service or quality of work!!
