JC Pavers Inc. performed a backyard paver installation about a year ago. The job looked nice. Unfortunately, recently, two rows of pavers began to sag and eventually kind of collapsed. Mr. Darian Pereira came over to evaluate the repair needed and confirmed to do the warranty repair job (the warranty on the contract is 2 years) after Thanksgiving. On Dec. 06/24 I called to determine when he would be available to come out for the repair…Next week he said.Never showed up & never returned calls or responded to texts. In short, warranty is not honored. What a let down…especially since he claims to be a man of God.

This company did an exceptional job. Their workers were professional and kept our property clean. Everything was picked up and cleaned up at the end of each work day. The end product was Everything I had hoped for.

This company is absolutely the best when it comes to pavers! They are highly reliable and don’t stop until the job is done. They are a good ol’ fashion American quality company! The owner was super easy to communicate with and always friendly. He came out multiple times to help us really figure out what would be best for our vision. Joilson Brothers Pavers provided an excellent service. Our job request was for pavers to be placed in a pleasant and simple design in our backyard. The work process was consistent, professional, and very well done. We were absolutely impressed watching the skill of the workers. The completed service is of highest quality and the results are beautiful. Added bonus is their customer service is excellent. 100% would hire them again for any other jobs in the future.
