JEMM Construction LLC

Very satisfied with this general contractor! They delivered excellent work with great attention to detail and professionalism. The team was reliable, punctual, and kept me updated throughout the project. Everything was completed on time and within expectations. I’m very happy with the final outcome and would recommend them.

For the past several years, we have been talking to various builders about our need for a major remodel of our 100 year old house to include a downstairs bedroom suite. Many people said it would be a difficult project and the six to eight month remodel would be stressful for someone our ages. We almost agreed but we sure hated going up and down the stairs and we did not want to move. After hearing good and bad builder stories and meeting with four or five builders, we decided to take a chance on the company whose homes we admired. We met with Mark Maltry, JEMM co owner, and eventually Dan their architect. I took some pictures to Dan who adapted the look to fit our property and Mark added his ideas and expertise. The building began July 28 and was completed about six months later. Because our house is so old, we did run into some serious construction problems but we had a great Project Manager, Josh Silvis, who was very helpful and managed everything in an efficient manner. I can honestly say that we enjoyed meeting all of the JEMM work team as the project progressed. Everyone took their jobs seriously, worked hard and were very considerate. We love our newly remodeled house and now that our project is complete, we highly recommend JEMM as the best in the business for any of your building needs. No more stairs for us!!
