9/28/20: Update: After an over hour long conversation with the owner, he's coming out to fix and fill the cracks and reseal the driveway. I appreciated talking to him and his honesty regarding the situation. He apologized and is willing to make this situation right and offered a few solutions. They will be out today and after the reseal, I am confident our drive should look great! I had to type in one star but honestly, wouldn't even give this company that. Unfortunately, my experience was not good at all!! Would never recommend this company. Very disappointed with their work and how my neighbor and I were treated. Because my neighbor and I share a small portion of driveway, he initiated the quote from Jet Seal (which was broken into two portions). Quote was for one seal and filling in driveway cracks. Perfect! Unfortunately, when they finally came out to seal (they rescheduled three times) they did not fill in the smaller cracks appropriately on our driveway. However, they did on my neighbors. So I called the office to have a supervisor come out. (In addition we had this company come out last year and although we had a miscommunication on a larger crack in our driveway they did fill in the rest of the smaller ones) Anyway, after talking to the gal that answers the phone in the office, she was extremely rude to both my neighbor and myself. She went so far as to say that she was under the assumption that my neighbor was "speaking for us" regarding our driveways and that he did not "authorize" my driveway cracks for repair. Huh??? Really? Then she went so far as to say she didn't even know I existed even though my name was on my portion of the quote, which was emailed. So I caught her in a lie....then it get's better...she said she didn't know if my neighbor and I were boyfriend or girlfriend and that she thought he was taking care of our driveway. Wow!! How completely unprofessional. I can't believe something like that would come out someone'

Had a great experience with Jet-Seal. Their pricing was better than others we had received quotes from and their work was better than that we've had done (on our private driveway). They were very good with email communication and electronic invoicing. And I appreciated their ease of scheduling too!

Can see the quality of the work is very nice, looking at work around the neighborhood. Thought I was scheduled for Sunday June 14 but nobody showed. Sent an email that day and called the next. Was told that “some people were missed” and that they’d call back. Never did. Opportunity missed as they did the driveway 2 doors down and were supposed to do the next one to ours and ours. Seems like easy money missed out on and apparently they have enough work to not call back. Unfortunately will have to try someone else and hope for similar quality at this point. Disappointed to say the least. Update: The work has been completed and the quality is as I expected. The job was done perfectly. No slop on the edges, driveway approach or walkway. And no sealant an the grass edge or black footprints in the yard. See for yourself in the attached photo. Thanks for a quality job!

We had a great experience with Jet Seal when it came to sealing. We did two coats at their recommendation because we had never had it sealed before. It turned out fantastic! We even had another maintenance worker that was at the house accidentally walk on it a few steps before it was dry and they came right over and not only fixed up the spots on the driveway with the second coat but got the footsteps off our sidewalk. We did have trouble rescheduling after rain cancelled our first appointment, but once we got rescheduled, service was top notch. Will use again!

We had multiple communications with Ted and Jet Seal prior to scheduling the job because we were considering full replacement instead of sealing our poor old cracked driveway. They were very responsive to questions and provided information and recommendations that helped us make our decision to seal. We were contacted the day prior to our originally scheduled application date to reschedule due to expectations of rain. The team that serviced our property arrived on the expected date and did a great job of cleaning and prepping the drive, as well as applying the sealant. Very happy with Jet Seal and certainly will consider using them again.
